1.主要從事病原真菌黃曲霉致病性及黃曲霉毒素合成相關(guān)基因的功能研究,篩選關(guān)鍵的靶基因,為黃曲霉及黃曲霉毒素的早期防控奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
2.探究新型食品添加劑對黃曲霉致病性和黃曲霉毒素合成的作用機制,為食品中黃曲霉及黃曲霉毒素污染的防控探索新的方向。
