十字花科作物種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新、分子育種和重要農(nóng)藝性狀的基礎(chǔ)研究。
工作介紹
主要從事十字花科作物重要農(nóng)藝性狀的基礎(chǔ)研究。近年來,主要克隆芥菜控制葉形和葉色發(fā)育相關(guān)基因。將基因編輯技術(shù)與芥菜轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)結(jié)合對植物器官發(fā)育與品質(zhì)形成分子機制進行研究。
