工作介紹
1. 骨骼肌生長發(fā)育
在動物機(jī)體組成中,肌肉占動物體重的 40%以上,是動物主要的運(yùn)動和代謝器官。骨骼肌的生長發(fā)育和再生主要依賴于骨骼肌干細(xì)胞(衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞)的增殖和分化。常見的肌肉生長發(fā)育異常包括:肌肉營養(yǎng)不良、肌肉減少癥、肌肉萎縮癥、肌肉惡病質(zhì)等,我們致力研究調(diào)控骨骼肌衛(wèi)星細(xì)胞行為的編碼基因和非編碼基因,該研究將有助于提高動物生產(chǎn)性能及人類的生活質(zhì)量。
2. 動物脂肪沉積
脂肪組織是機(jī)體能量的主要儲存場所,體內(nèi)過多的白色脂肪沉積會引發(fā)肥胖以及糖尿病,心臟病等疾病的發(fā)生。與白色脂肪不同的是,米色脂肪與棕色脂肪以產(chǎn)熱的形式消耗大量能量,可以降低白色脂肪的沉積,提高米色脂肪與棕色脂肪的沉積成為解決肥胖相關(guān)疾病的重要途徑。我們關(guān)注動物脂肪沉積的調(diào)控途徑,相關(guān)研究將為解決肥胖問題提供理論依據(jù)。
