個(gè)人概況

徐永杰,男,河南商城人。博士,教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師,河南省青年骨干教師,河南省教育廳學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人,河南省大別山農(nóng)業(yè)生物資源保護(hù)工程技術(shù)研究中心主任,主要從事動(dòng)物分子遺傳等方面的教學(xué)科研工作。教學(xué)方面,主講本科生《生物化學(xué)》、《生物技術(shù)大實(shí)驗(yàn)》以及研究生《高級(jí)生物化學(xué)》、《表觀遺傳學(xué)》等課程;科研方面,主要研究領(lǐng)域和方向包括動(dòng)物肌肉發(fā)育與脂肪沉積的分子調(diào)控機(jī)制、動(dòng)物雄性生殖調(diào)控、動(dòng)物功能基因組學(xué)等,圍繞這些領(lǐng)域主持承擔(dān)了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、河南省自然科學(xué)基金、河南省科技攻關(guān)、河南省高層次人才國(guó)際化培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目等10余項(xiàng)。國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委通訊評(píng)審專(zhuān)家,浙江省科技項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專(zhuān)家,教育部學(xué)位中心學(xué)位論文通訊評(píng)議專(zhuān)家,河南省遺傳學(xué)會(huì)理事;Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology雜志review editorFASEB JJASJCPGene、遺傳、農(nóng)業(yè)生物技術(shù)學(xué)報(bào)等國(guó)內(nèi)外雜志審稿人。以第一或通訊作者在Frontiers in Cell and Developmental BiologyOpen biologyGenomicsCellsJournal of ProteomicsBMB Reports、畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)報(bào)等國(guó)內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文40余篇;以副主編在科學(xué)技術(shù)出版社出版專(zhuān)著1部,授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利1項(xiàng);獲第四屆中國(guó)畜牧科技優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)和河南省自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)論文一等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng),榮獲信陽(yáng)市第十屆青年科技獎(jiǎng),入選河南省高層次人才C類(lèi),被評(píng)為信陽(yáng)師范學(xué)院第二屆十佳導(dǎo)師;指導(dǎo)碩士研究生8人,其中3人獲得研究生國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,5人畢業(yè)論文被評(píng)為信陽(yáng)師范學(xué)院優(yōu)秀碩士論文,1人畢業(yè)論文被評(píng)為河南省優(yōu)秀碩士學(xué)位論文。
